Pet Sitting / Walking

  • Dog Walking  *$60 half hour * $100 one hour (1-2 dogs)* $50 extra to centro.
  • Dog DaySit–  (our home)  *$150 one large dog or 1-2 small.
  • Cat Sit (your home) *$250 -350 depends on location and # of visits per day.
  • Dog Sit OverNight (our home) *$250 first dog *$150 extra for second sm dog *$200 extra for second large dog, Includes hour walk, food not supplied.
  • Dog Sit OverNight (your home-includes house sit automatically) *$400 first dog *$50 extra for additional dogs/cats *$50 extra for centro.  Includes hour walk.
  • Pick/up- Drop/off service available also $100-300.

 

Grocery Shopping -Personalized Shopping -For You or With You

$200-250 first hour (minimum) and $100 every hour after, depends on location and time. Also We Can Have Your Groceries Pre-Stocked and Prepare your Home Ready for Your Arrival or Guests (Have cold drinks and groceries waiting or a fresh flower surprise!), Concierge Services. Fluent in Spanish, Vehicle with A/C.

Errands and More…Translating Companion

$200-$250 first hour (minimum) and – $100 every hour after. Go with You to do Errands, Shopping,  Appointments, Doctors, Dentist, Stores, Maintenance Supervision, Help Setting up Telephone or Cable, etc. Fluent in Spanish. Vehicle with A/C.

Property Management & House Sitting

In Our Super Service Inspections of your Property We Include and Handle During our Visits–Watering Plants, Collecting Mail/Flyers, Run All Major Plumbing, Flush/Clean Toilettes, Check all is Working- Lights , Turn on /off Breakers,  Electronics, T.V., Fans, Check and Run Major Appliances, Air Conditioners, Refrigerator, Dehumidifier on/off-Emptied, Most Important Opening Up to Air Out in Wet Season to Prevent Mold from Growing and exchange Air, Storm Checks for Water Damage(walls, cielings, windows), Empty/Refill Dry Crystals, Open for Pool Guy, Maintenance Workers, Pay Cleaning Lady, Vehicle Start/Wash etc….

Capable of Handling All Home Repairs, Maintenance and Emergencies as Needed after Consulting with the Property Owner, Detailed Monthly Statement Report Emailed  and in Contact by Phone for Easy Communication. If a Major Storm Occurs We Will Immediately Inspect your  Property as Soon as Physically Possible:

  • From $250 – per Visual Inspection/Air-out will Vary on Location, Size of Property, Time and Specific Needs of each Owner. The choice of # of visits is yours however we Recommend Weekly Inspection through Summer Season (May-Oct) and Bi-Weekly in Winter Season (Nov-Apr.)Depending how Often or Long the Property is Un-Occupied.   • $50 pesos Service Charge to Pay Bills on monthly basis. ie: CFE, Jumapam, telmex, megacable…
  • From $300 pesos  For Renter Meet  & Greet to do Check-in & Check-out  -Key transfer and Run Through of rules and regulations, Collect Payments/deposits if necessary, On-call for Problems/Help for Renters/Set up Tours and activities concierge service.
  •  From  $150 Service Charge for Contractors– Setting up, Meeting, Opening, Closing for maintenance workers, checking work, giving payment and receiving receipt.

Cleaning Fees  Separate from Inspection Fee. Based on Size of House/Condo. Our Deep Cleaning Service is Very Thorough and We Take Much Pride in our Attention to Detail (windows, fridges, fans, oiled wood, cupboards, laundry-linens, disinfecting, etc). Cleaning services for arrival of owners or renters, regular upkeep while you are away, or while occupied. No problem if you already have someone for cleaning we can handle letting them in/out and giving them their payment from you.

**We Highly Recommend 1 Full Clean  per month or a Minimum of 1 Light Clean per Month if  Unoccupied in summer season and a Full Clean at End of Summer Season, For Arrivals and/or  Departures.
